Falls Village Colonial
This is a traditional New England Style colonial. Inside you can see the attention to detail, we put forth in both the design and construction. There are 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms, a formal dining room, and two living areas in this well crafted design. In the kitchen you will find a high end cabinet, with a breakfast nook and a laundry area to the rear of the home.
This model home doubles as our office. With a full daylight basement on the rear and a steep roof enclosing the finished attic allows for 3,400 sq ft of finsihed space on 4 floors! Master suite on first floor with his/hers closets and an open kitchen living dining area. The second floor has 3 additional large bedrooms and a huge playroom/family area.
Ashberry Ranch
This model home has been one of the most popular builds in the state for the past 8 years. After the great success we had many builders also put up copies of this model because of the great flow and character is has. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large master suite, and a vaulted front section of the living room. Don’t miss the beautiful kitchen and corian counter tops!
The Turner
As you can see this is a reversed version of the Ashberry model, built on a piece of land with some slope. We were able to build a full daylight wall at the front of the basement for more potential living space. Some high end choices by this customer in beautiful hardwood flooring, as well as wide trim inside and outside.
The Gorham
This stick built colonial has all the upgrades. Check out the open foyer, and the sharp looking oak railing. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in this well laid out home. The enormous master suite is on the second floor allowing for a large kitchen, formal dining area, office and living room on the first floor. The laundry we were able to fit nicely in the breezeway next to the kitchen.
