Building Your New Home
So we finished the design and you’ve picked all your colors, now its time to put it all together. We get your site ready for the home while the factory is building the sections of the your home. This means clearing the trees out, building the driveway, pouring the foundation, and getting your well/septic installed. Typically we have the sections brought to the construction site the day before we put them on the foundation so we can get a full day in while they are vulnerable to the weather. The factory wraps the home up in a thick plastick to protect it between construction and assembly so this must be removed first. We then set the sections on the foundation and lift the hinged roofs into position, (the factory shingles as much of the roof as they can before sending it off). After the home is all put together we start the completion process, hooking up the electrical, plumbing, and heating. As you can see in the pictures below we can do large vaulted ceilings as well!
