Basic Plans
Here at Design First Homes we feel the most important part of the project is making sure we have a plan that works for you. We take the time to customize your plan to ensure we are going to deliver a home that meets your particular needs. Many times we start from one of our model plans, or a floor plan that is common. Other times customers bring us a plan they found on the internet, or a plan they have drawn themselves. In many cases, we design a full custom plan to fit the customer’s building lot and needs.
